Matt DeMaria

Director of Operations

Matt DeMaria is a Property Manager at XL Real Property Management and is responsible for maintaining our owner’s assets, while helping tenants live worry free in their apartments. This includes facilitating any maintenance or repairs between owners, contractors and tenants in a swift fashion. Matt is a lifelong New Yorker who grew up managing property in Manhattan and through this has faced a wide variety of residential issues. While working at XL Matt has built strong relationships with owners, tenants and contractors, which allows him to resolve any issue quickly and efficiently.

Matt earned a Bachelor’s degree at Hobart College and has strong real estate experience; previously working at Corcoran and Savitt Partners.
